Ceago Resort Development

Marketing collateral | Promotional video | Brokers announcement The Ceago project was an opportunity to refresh and create new marketing and sales collateral for the real estate development team to sell this unique piece of property in Lake County, California. Along with our design team, we created materials to reflect three possible target audiences for this property; a resort development, private estate or corporate retreat oasis. Displayed below are the materials for the resort development opportunity.

The existing Tuscan style architecture of this property, along with the Mediterranean lifestyle created by the lakeside local and farm to table atmosphere were the main inspiration for the design concept of this project.

The following spreads reveal the project location, endless amenities on and around the property and capture the beautiful vistas that can be enjoyed by owning this unique piece of land.

Along with a design team we created graphic site and floor plans of the property for potential buyers to see the possibilities this land has to offer.

We created a lifestlye and promotional video for the potential buyers to view the property and get a sense of what life here could look like.

We created email marketing collateral for the real estate broker to send out an announcement to potential buyers and investors.
